Comision de Regulacion de Comunicaciones (CRC) has published Resolution 5068 of 2016. It modifies the enforcement date for telephony devices that now required approval. The previous enforcement date of January 7th 2017, mentioned in Resolution 5031 of 2016, has been extended to 8th July 2017. This regulation applies to all telephony devices that use mobile networks, satellite connected networks and PSTN and was described in further detail here.
