CORRECTION: fixed typo in frequency range.
The European Commission has published Implementing Decision 2021/1067 that sets the conditions for operation of WAS/RLANs in the 5945 – 6425 MHz band. The Decision defines rules for:

- Low Power Indoor devices operating with power up to 23 dBm EIRP
- Very Low Power devices operating with power up to 14 dBm EIRP (both indoor and outdoor).
Member states are expected to make this band available by December 1, 2021. The Decision is expected to be reviewed before the end of 2024 regarding the out of band emission limits below 5935 MHz.
