The European Commission has published updated guidance on the implementation of Article 10(10) requirements, namely the pictogram and country list that identifies regions where there are restrictions on placing radio equipment into service:
This new guidance primarily deals with the handling of UK following it leaving the European Union and the end of the transition agreement on 31 December 2020. The guidance states that third countries that are not part of the internal market cannot be mentioned along with the pictogram above, this would include the UK at the end of the transition agreement. As a further complication the Northern Ireland part of the UK may need to be treated differently; and marked as UK(NI). See the full text of the documents for details.
