NBTC of Thailand has published a new draft standard NBTC TS 1035-256X that covers the technical requirements for WLAN devices operating in the 2.4/5 GHz bands. Bands available to WLAN have not changed. When enforced the new standard will replace NBTC TS 1012-2551.
RF compliance is based upon current ETSI standards and FCC requirements. Safety and RF exposure requirements now apply to WLAN devices.
