SUBTEL have published Resolution 1517 EXENTA which updates the regulations for short range unlicensed devices. This revision increases the power level for Wireless LAN devices operating in 2.4 and 5GHz bands. It also extends the frequency range available to IEEE 802.11ad (WiGig) devices.
