IMDA have announced that equipment registration or renewal for Short Range Devices (SRD) operating in the band 450-470MHz will no longer be processed. The sale of such equipment will be prohibited from March 31, 2018.
This band has been allocated for IMT (International Mobile Telecommunications) services and will take effect from 1st April 2018.
