ISED have published an update to the compliance terms for RSS-131, Issue 3 affecting Zone Enhancers.
After January 1, 2018 all zone enhancers sold, offered for sale, manufactured, imported, distributed or leased on the Canadian market must comply with RSS-131 issue 3. Equipment certified under a previous issue must be evaluated to ensure it is compliant to issue 3. If compliant to issue 3, equipment will not require a permissive change filing.
