EU – Radio Equipment Directive (2014/53/EU) – Harmonized Standards Update

european_unionThe harmonized standards list for the RED has been updated in the Official Journal of the EU. The latest list can be found at:

The new standards are clearly indicated in the “First publication OJ” column of the document and the new ones are listed below.

There is good news for manufacturers with 2.4GHz wideband transmitters and receivers (includes WLAN and Bluetooth) as the latest version of EN 300 328 (V2.1.1) is now considered harmonized.
