ETSI have published a Technical Report (ETSI TR 103 181-3 V1.1.1) that provides a worldwide regulatory summary for Ultra Wide Band (UWB) Short Range Devices (SRD) operating in the frequency range 3.1 to 10.6 GHz. The report is intended to cover UWB used as a communication medium (and is not primarily concerned with other applications such as ground penetrating radar, imaging systems or automotive radar).
The report identifies known requirements and frequency allocations for all major global regions (Europe, Middle East, North America, South America, Africa and Asia).
