ENACOM has recently published an update to rules applicable to approval of Low Power Devices (LPDs). This resolution replaces the standard CNC-Q2-60.14 V12.1 with ENACOM-Q2-60.14 V16.1. This applies to LPDs such as Alarms and motion detectors, remotes, Wireless Audio Devices, RFID, medical implants and telemetry systems. The resolution incorporates the frequency list changes that were previous published in February 2016 and the procedure now allows for modular based approvals.
