Germany – Allocation of 6GHz spectrum

Bundesnetzagentur of Germany has published notification of a general frequency assignment that covers use of the 5945 – 6425 MHz band by WLAN devices. Vfg. 55/2021 allows WLAN devices to operate in the 5945 – 6425 MHz band under the following conditions:

1. 1. Low Power Indoor operating with power up to 200mW EIRP
   2. Very Low Power operating with power up to 25mW EIRP (indoors and outdoors)
