Japan has proposed an amendment to its ordinance effecting devices using the 700MHz band for Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). In addition to existing regulations for Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure; these new technical regulations establish the technical regulations for Infrastructure-to-Infrastructure communications in the 760MHz band.
