Under the proposed rules devices would be able to operate within vehicles as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transceivers installed in ground based vehicles at 40mW EIRP (2mW\/MHz)<\/li>\n<li>Access point transceivers installed within trains at 200mW EIRP (10mW\/MHz)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comments and submissions can be made until July20, 2021.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brazil has initiated Public Consultation No. 21 that is considering rules for the in-vehicle operation of WLAN devices in the band 5150-5350 MHz.
