This change represents a major revision to address the FOURTH REPORT AND ORDER FCC 15-155 rule for expansion of voice service and eliminate the exclusion permitted by the Third Report and Order (DA 12-550, April 9, 2012) for testing VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling.<\/p>\n
